I live in Woodbury, and I became a REALTOR® because I kept seeing people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives based on a Zillow estimate and whatever information they happened to get from an agent. Buying or selling a home isn't actually that complicated once someone walks you through it. It's just not always in someone else's interest to slow down and do that.

That's why I built WoodburyNest. I wanted a place where people could get straight information about the Woodbury market, whether or not they're ready to talk to an agent yet, without a form popping up every time they try to read something.

Before real estate, I spent years in operations and supply chain management. It's not the kind of background that makes for an exciting headline, but it's exactly what a real estate transaction needs: someone who stays organized, catches problems early, and follows through on the details other people miss.

My take on this job is pretty simple: explain what's actually happening, explain what it means for your specific situation, lay out the real options, and then let you decide. If the market's not great for what you're trying to do, I'll tell you that. If a house isn't worth what you're about to offer, I'll tell you that too.
